MoKoja Analytics

MoKoja Analytics is an internal tool that reads analytics for YouTube channels owned by MoKoja Productions. It is not offered to the public and is used only by MoKoja Productions staff.

When a channel owner signs in with Google and grants access, the tool requests these read-only permissions:

• View your YouTube account (youtube.readonly): to identify the channel and list its public videos.
• View YouTube Analytics reports for your YouTube content (yt-analytics.readonly): to read view counts, watch time, audience retention, traffic sources, device types and countries for those videos.

The tool cannot upload, edit, delete or comment on anything.

How the data is used and stored

• Analytics data is used only to understand and improve MoKoja's own videos.
• It is stored on MoKoja's own computer and in private internal dashboards. Access tokens are stored only on that computer.
• We do not sell, rent, share or transfer this data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
• Aggregated, non-personal numbers about our own videos may be discussed in our internal planning documents.

MoKoja Analytics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On request, we delete stored data for a channel within 30 days.
